TRUTH by Rolf Jacobsen*
Truth waits outside your door.
Dressed in rags. She is ill.
She has a child in her arm. She wants in.
Do you hear the dogs barking? She is afraid.
What do you do? If you open
it will change your life.
Do you hesitate?
You, too.
