		<description><![CDATA[Yes, we needed this.  What a beautiful lilt he had, and the words.  I too remember Irish week at The Clearing, and I did finish Ulysses; but not Finnegan&#039;s Wake.  And about 55 years ago, just after college, when I was commuting from my home in L.I. to my new job at Esquire Mag. in NYC, I read Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man.  I thought - &quot;Wow - this is really good.&quot;  
I just found Dubliners on my bookshelf!  I&#039;ll read The Dead tonight. Thank you!
